My first and only bath at Halley; luxury. This was
kindly provided to us at the beginning of the '99
Winter before the Summer accomodation building
services were scrubbed down and cleaned out for Winter
mothballing. Enjoying themselves in the melt tank
(which had mysteriously suffered a fault causing the
temperature to increase), from left to right are:
possibly Kev?, Mark Doughty, Jonathan Paddle, Matt
Pickles, Adrian Woodroffe and unknown, with Karen
Shorey peeping through the hatch having just thrown in
the bubble bath.
